Im feeling kinda ehh about my art rn...I havent rly done anyhing other than comms at all 4 a long time which is worth it bc I got 2 help my gf but I feel like my art is getting a little stale >_<

The problem is I have no real ideas on wat personal stuff 2 draw Big reason probly bc I havent designed my fursona yet so jhhbhnnnm I have no idea how 2 design him

I personally love your art!!! But yeah, we all fall into slumps sometimes, you know?

As for the fursona, maybe compile a list if things you like/character and design traits you like and try to create a design from them

AA ty!!! Its like...I dont necessarily think its super bad or anything but I think I may b getting in2 a slump sinec Ive been pretty much doing nothing but comms 4 a while so I feel like I might need 2 work on other stuff 2 but its Hard bc when I get a comm I feel like I need 2 finish it like..right away b4 I do other stuff but then I get more comms and I dont wanna close them bc I need money x__x

But thats a good idea!!! Its like I have a vague idea but its hard 2 put it together...Ill try what u said tho thats a good idea ty!!

Yeah, I get that. That's why I rotate my schedule a lot so I always have something to fall back on when I'm not feeling one thing or the other. So like, I'll do a commission, then personal work, then maybe species work, then another comm, rinse and repeat. It keeps things from getting stale you know? But I totally get the urgency of wanting to finish commissions, but you shouldn't do it to the point that you get burned out. If you need to let your commissioners know you need a bit of a break, there's no shame in it.

Aa that helps a lot thank u so much!!! I think I am gonna try that but I think I might need a break 4 now,,so I think Im gonna let my commissioners know that I might not finish 4 a bit like I think I just might need 2 pace myself more x__x!!!
